Task Forces

Specific Task Forces and/or committees are formed when there is a broad consensus of Gettysburg Area DFA members in favor of an initiative and individuals willing to devote time to the project. Any member may suggest a new initiative during our monthly meeting. Our current active Task Forces are:

• Iraq War convened by Alan Olson and Lou Hammann  (Meets the last Wednesday of each month 7:00pm - 8:30pm at the Ragged Edge in Gettysburg.)
  
  
• Environmental Task Force convened by Sue Bumbaugh
  • Adopt a Highway program.
  • Ink Jet Cartridges collection. Please bring your used ink cartridges to the DFA meetings and contribute. They will be recycled and the funds will be contributed to the Gettysburg Area DFA. For more information contact Cyndy Snyder.
